(Photograph on the right above) Gary Harris was born in Floyd, Virginia in 1962 and attended Pulaski High School, where he graduated in 1980. Upon graduation he entered the US Army from 1981-1985 where he served his country on base in Oklahoma and traveled to Germany on his tour of duty. Upon his return to civilian life, Gary enrolled at Radford University, where the graduated in 1992 with a bachelor of Business Administration degree; having studied marketing and accounting. He married Janet in 1993 and they moved to Washington, DC where he was employed in direct-sales. They then moved to Richmond, Virginia, where Gary was employed by Media General, owner of numerous newspapers and TV stations around the country. He worked in the controllerıs office handling accounting chores. In 1995 he relocated to Roanoke, Virginia to join System 4 Advertising Agency where heıs been ever since, handling a variety of positions to ³learn the ropes²-everything from direct-account work to bookkeeping and billing. After serving 5 years he was awarded a partnership in the firm and sits on its board of directors. Gary continues to work all aspects of the agencyıs day-to-day business, overseeing everything from billing to client relations and media-management. His commitment to the agency and its clients is total.
