At System4 we firmly believe that ours is a relationship business.
Our approach to successful relationships is simple.
First we listen, then we plan, finally we implement.
The steps are simple but carefully executed:

This is the “getting to know you” phase of our relationship. We ask lots of questions, do lots of research and answer questions that you might have.

Next we take what we’ve learned and start the creative juices flowing to develop a concept, copy and branding materials that will clearly and effectively accomplish your objectives.

What media is necessary to get the message to the target audience? That will vary from client to client and a media strategy tailored to your needs. There’s no one answer or one media mix. Once the media mix is established we insist on maximizing the message delivery for the least cost.

Implementation without review is a recipe for minimum return. We constantly monitor the media performance to make sure that we maximize impact. We prefer to regularly meet to review performance with client as well as obtaining time affidavits and performance reports from the media involved. This analysis often involves determining cost per inquiry based on tracking results.

Did we accomplish what we desired? What might change in the future? These are the questions we ask ourselves and our clients before we start anything new.
